We treat the following as priority-response cases:

• Major water leak from appliance
• Total loss of function in washer/dryer during high-usage
• Any issue creating unsafe conditions (shock risk, overheat, etc.)

Same-Day Process

If you book before 2:00 PM, our technician is dispatched same day (based on ZIP code availability). On arrival, we perform:

• Live fault testing and verification
• Electrical, mechanical, or thermal diagnostics
• Temporary bypass (if possible)
• Estimate for full repair and timeline

If parts are on hand, we fix it same-day. If not, we overnight them and return ASAP.
