Scope of Service
We handle diagnostics and maintenance for residential air conditioning units — including central air systems, rooftop condensers, and wall-mounted split units.
The goal is to restore proper cooling performance, verify electrical safety, and identify failing components before they break.
What’s Included
- System startup and baseline cycle check
- Thermostat command verification
- Refrigerant pressure test (R-410A, R-22, R-32)
- Capacitor and contactor condition test
- Visual inspection of wiring and terminals
- Blower motor spin and noise check
- Indoor and outdoor coil surface inspection
- Condensate drain test and flush (if required)
- Air temperature delta (supply vs. return)
Common Issues We Diagnose
- AC runs but doesn’t cool
- System trips breaker or makes noise
- Airflow weak from supply vents
- Unit cycles on/off repeatedly
- Thermostat commands ignored
- Water leaking from indoor unit
What This Service Is Not
- Not a full refrigerant recharge (quoted separately)
- Not a duct cleaning
- Not a full system replacement — diagnostics only
