Purpose of Seasonal Tune-Up
HVAC systems operate under varying load depending on season. Before temperatures shift, systems should be tested under controlled conditions to catch potential issues.
A seasonal tune-up ensures proper operation during peak demand — whether you’re switching to heat or AC.

- Recommended once every 6 months for NYC systems with extended runtime or shared ducting.
